Docs

OBTC docs for reviewers, operators, and wallet developers.

This page collects public implementation references, current candidate-parameter boundaries, and final MC1 source-only review links.

Technical review only. OBTC is an independent experiment, not Bitcoin, not a production financial network, and not investment advice. No price, exchange, liquidity, or miner-revenue claim is made.
